Databricks has acquired cloud spreadsheet startup Row Zero, aiming to integrate its interface with the Genie agent to enable enterprise data analysis through familiar spreadsheets and formulas while keeping data inside the secure Databricks environment. The deal comes amid a wave of acquisitions that the company expects to continue through 2026.
