The Dallas Fire-Rescue Department has begun testing the electric Rosenbauer PANTHER 6×6 at Dallas Love Field Airport, alongside the operation of a 400-kilowatt fast charger. The vehicle combines faster acceleration than its diesel-powered counterpart, greater range for spraying water or foam, and lower noise during emergency responses.
