The startup Comp AI has raised $34 million in a Series A round led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures to expand a platform that uses AI agents to prepare security policies, collect audit evidence, and continuously monitor compliance controls. The company stresses that the platform does not eliminate independent audits or human review.
