Study of More Than 500,000 Tests Reveals the Electric Cars Best at Retaining Battery Health

An independent study by AVILOO found that the Mercedes EQA, Hyundai IONIQ 5, and BMW i4 maintained the highest levels of battery health after covering 150,000 kilometers, while the Nissan Leaf, MINI Cooper SE, and Renault Zoe recorded the weakest results. The data confirms that a model’s average performance is not enough to assess a particular used car, making an independent inspection important before purchase.
