ElevenLabs announced the Eleven v4 and Eleven v4 Turbo text-to-speech models, with support for more than 90 languages and voice cloning from a 10-second recording. The Turbo release targets real-time audio applications and AI agents, with a median time to first audio of about 150 milliseconds according to the company’s tests.
Pocket FM has increased its annual revenue run rate to $500 million, with artificial intelligence now used in 93% of its audio library and 99% of its new content. The company says the technology has reduced production costs by roughly 80 times, while humans continue to create and develop the stories.
