Spain’s Museo de Historia de la Computación has created a full-size visual replica of the Cray-1 supercomputer and operates it through a cluster containing 30 Mac Minis from 2012 and 2014. The project illustrates the difference between historical vector processing and modern parallel clusters, with plans to expand it using M4 Mac Minis.
