Google Cloud announced Gemini agent, an enterprise AI agent capable of executing multistep goals across Google Workspace and external services, while selecting the appropriate model and using subagents and shared memory. It is currently available in private preview, with a broader rollout to eligible Workspace customers set to begin soon.
