Türkiye plans to reorganize research and development incentives and direct them toward space, quantum technologies, cybersecurity, autonomous systems and other strategic fields as part of its medium-term program for 2027-2029. The plan includes supporting research infrastructure, startups, university-industry cooperation and the commercialization of intellectual property.
