Saudi Construction Platform Fitting Raises $1.1 Million in Its Second Investment Round

Saudi construction technology platform Fitting announced the closing of its second Seed investment round, raising $1.1 million with participation from an undisclosed strategic investor from the contracting and real estate development sector. The company develops digital solutions to automate supply chains in the construction sector and organize procurement processes among suppliers, contractors, and real estate developers.

Funding to Support Expansion in Saudi Arabia

Fitting will use the new capital to expand its presence in key Saudi markets, while also developing its technology infrastructure and increasing its operational and technical capabilities. The funding comes at a time when the Kingdom’s construction and real estate development sectors are experiencing growth in the volume and scope of projects, alongside the expansion of infrastructure and real estate projects.

The company says this expansion is increasing the need for technology solutions that help improve supply chain management, streamline procurement procedures, and enhance operational efficiency in projects involving multiple parties, including suppliers, contractors, service providers, and developers.

Digitizing Procurement and Supply Chains

Fitting was founded in 2025 by Mohammed Al Mubarak and Abdulaziz Al Mubarak. The platform focuses on automating and digitizing supply chains in the construction sector through solutions designed to organize procurement processes and improve operational relationship management among the various parties involved in the supply cycle.

According to the company, developing a digital infrastructure dedicated to this sector can support more efficient resource and procurement management and improve coordination among suppliers, contractors, and real estate developers. The participation of a strategic investor from the contracting and real estate development sectors also reflects Fitting’s focus on building solutions linked to the market’s direct operational needs, while benefiting from specialized expertise and practical knowledge of the sector.

Strengthening Technical and Operational Capabilities

Mohammed Al Mubarak, founder and CEO of Fitting, said that closing the $1.1 million round represents an important milestone in the company’s journey and supports its plans to accelerate expansion and strengthen its technical and operational capabilities.

He added that digitizing supply chains has become an important factor in improving the efficiency of the construction sector, noting that the company is working to provide solutions that respond to market needs and help the various parties in the ecosystem manage their operations more efficiently. Al Mubarak considered the entry of a strategic investor from the contracting and real estate development sector an addition of specialized expertise and direct insight into market needs, alongside financial support.

Focus on Saudi Talent

Alongside its commercial and technological growth plans, Fitting is prioritizing sustainability and social impact in the next phase. The company intends to support and empower Saudi talent by providing employment and training opportunities for Saudi youth.

The company links these efforts to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 related to developing human capital, empowering national talent, supporting innovation and digital transformation, and enhancing the role of technology in developing various economic sectors. Through investment in technology, strategic partnerships, and field expansion, Fitting seeks to support a more efficient and digitized ecosystem for managing supply chains in Saudi Arabia’s construction sector.
