The eyes of the telecommunications and information technology community in Egypt and the region are turning towards Cairo as the 30th edition of the Cairo International Technology Exhibition and Conference "Cairo ICT 2026" approaches, scheduled to open on November 7th and continue until the 10th at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo. This edition comes under the slogan "AI in Action: Turning Intelligence into Impact", aiming to focus on transforming artificial intelligence from the stage of theoretical experiments into impactful practical applications across various economic sectors.

The organizing company, "Trade Fairs International", is holding a press conference on November 1st at a hotel in New Cairo to review the full details of the new edition, the most prominent themes and activities, and the scale of participation by local and international companies. This edition celebrates 30 years since the launch of the exhibition, which began its journey in 2006, keeping pace with all major transformations witnessed by the tech and communications sector over three decades.
Five Specialized Technology Platforms
The new edition of the exhibition includes five main platforms covering various sectors of the digital industry:
- PAFIX Exhibition: Holding its 13th edition with the support of the Central Bank of Egypt, shedding light on payments, financial technology, and financial inclusion.
- AIDC² Exhibition and Conference: Focusing in its third edition on artificial intelligence, data centers, cloud computing, and digital infrastructure.
- Innovation Arena: Returning in its 11th edition to support startups and innovators and connect them with investors.
- Connecta Platform: Targeting youth, digital talents, skills development, and electronic games.
Figures and Exhibition Spaces
The activities of the 2026 edition will be held on an area reaching approximately 60,000 square meters, with the participation of over 580 exhibiting companies, and the attendance of more than 550 speakers and experts through a program featuring approximately 95 panel and dialogue sessions.
