HUMAIN, a company under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has announced its acquisition of CNTXT, a Riyadh-based firm specializing in artificial intelligence and cloud computing technologies. This strategic move aims to integrate CNTXT's expertise in cloud transformation, data analytics, and cybersecurity into the HUMAIN platform, enhancing its ability to provide integrated technical services to organizations in both the public and private sectors. The financial details and ownership structure of the deal were not disclosed.
Expanding service scope and technical capabilities
Since its establishment in 2022, CNTXT has focused on helping organizations access and adopt cloud and AI technologies. Through this acquisition, the company's proprietary technical solutions, workforce, and existing client relationships will join the HUMAIN ecosystem. The capabilities being added include:
