Cisco has released an update to address CVE-2026-76519 in Secure Email Gateway, which allows remote, unauthenticated attackers to execute commands with root privileges through malicious email attachments. The company confirmed that it observed active exploitation of the vulnerability and urged customers to inspect devices and logs and remediate systems that may have been compromised.
