U.S. Space Command has placed offensive capabilities and countermeasures against proliferated satellite constellations in low Earth orbit at the top of its needs for fiscal years 2029–2033. The command is calling on the military, industry and government laboratories to develop means of affecting critical nodes within these networks and to enhance space domain awareness and maneuverability.
