The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has selected initial participants to advance to the interaction phase of the READI-Home Challenge, which aims to accelerate the development of medical devices for home use after hospital discharge. The current list includes a system for monitoring electrical brain activity and a therapeutic vibrating mattress for infants, while applications continue to be accepted through September 30, 2026.
