Cloudflare announced the Automatic Key Exchange feature, which examines customers’ server capabilities and selects the most suitable key-exchange algorithm, preferring X25519MLKEM768 as long as the server supports it. The company says this reduced HelloRetryRequest requests from approximately 52% to 3.7% and enabled post-quantum connections for hundreds of thousands of domains without manual configuration.
