Cloudflare said the VoidZero team released more than 80 updates over four months, with major improvements in the speed of bundling, testing, formatting, and type-checking JavaScript applications. The results include the release of Vite+ 1.0, a tenfold speedup for the Oxc React Compiler, and an up to 18-fold speedup for tsgolint compared with similar tools.
Cloudflare has launched the open beta of cf, a command-line tool covering more than 3,000 operations across the Cloudflare API, with JSON output by default, natural-language search, and TypeScript configuration. The company also open-sourced Forge, its tool-generation pipeline from OpenAPI schemas.
Cloudflare announced Vinext 1.0, a framework that enables Next.js applications built with the Pages Router or App Router to run on Vite and be deployed across multiple platforms. The release includes broader compatibility, support for page lifecycles and caching, and a mechanism for warming the cache before directing users to the new version.
