Intel Launches Gamer Days 2026 Campaign Featuring Tomb Raider and STAR WARS Games

On August 10, 2026, Intel began its annual Gamer Days campaign, which includes retail promotions, giveaways, and collaborations with partners in gaming content. This year’s campaign centers on a retail bundle that allows players to receive digital copies of Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis and STAR WARS: Galactic Racer™ when purchasing eligible products from participating Intel partners.

The retail bundle runs through September 13, 2026, while Intel Gaming Access is holding a contest to give away Collector’s Edition copies of both games from August 10 through September 10. Buyers must redeem the bundle offers before October 31, 2026, to receive download links for the two games, with each game becoming available on its specified release date.

Partnerships to Enhance the Launch Experience

Intel also announced that it will be the official launch partner for both games: STAR WARS: Galactic Racer™ arrives on October 6, 2026, while Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis launches on February 12, 2027. The company said that its collaboration with Fuse Games, the developer of STAR WARS, and Crystal Dynamics, the developer of Tomb Raider, goes beyond marketing activities to include work on optimizing both games’ performance on systems based on Intel platforms.

The partnerships include support for the XeSS 3 technology suite from day one in both games, including XeSS Super Resolution for improving resolution, XeSS Multi-frame Generation for generating multiple frames, and Xe Low Latency for reducing response times. According to Intel, these technologies are intended to support a smooth, high-resolution gaming experience.

Matt Webster, founder and CEO of Fuse Games, said that his team worked with Intel to tune performance and add enhancements such as XeSS 3, with the goal of delivering an experience suited to players when the game launches on October 6. Scott Amos, studio head at Crystal Dynamics, said that Intel collaborated with his team during development to improve the Tomb Raider experience ahead of its launch on February 12, 2027.

Eligible Products for the Bundle

The bundle covers purchases of select products from participating retail partners and original equipment manufacturers, including:

  • Second-generation Intel Core Ultra 5 and 7 Plus processors, and second-generation Intel Core Ultra 5, 7, and 9 processors.
  • 14th-generation Intel Core processors.
  • Third-generation Intel Core Ultra 5, 7, and 9 processors for mobile devices, as well as some mobile systems using second-generation processors.
  • Second-generation Intel Core processors for mobile devices.
  • Gaming handhelds powered by Intel Arc G-series processors.
  • Discrete Intel Arc B-series and Intel Arc A-series graphics cards, in addition to Intel Arc graphics.

After purchasing an eligible product, players receive download links for both games on their respective release dates. Intel notes that Intel Arc graphics are available only on certain systems powered by Intel Core Ultra processors, with specific configurations required and enabled by the manufacturer or retailer. Intel technologies may also require hardware, software, or service activation, and results and performance vary depending on usage, configuration, and other factors.
