Engineer Raafat Hindy, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, inaugurated the new headquarters of the global RSA Center of Excellence in New Cairo, with investments amounting to $5 million. This expansion comes within the framework of the company's strategy to strengthen its global operations from Egypt, where its total investments in the Egyptian market have reached $65 million since 2020.
A Pivotal Center of Excellence for Global Operations
The center currently houses about 300 engineers and specialists working in 15 diverse technical fields, including product engineering and development, cloud computing, data science, and artificial intelligence. The company aims to increase the number of employees at the center to 400 specialists by 2029.
The center plays a vital role in developing the company's global products, such as the RSA ID Plus platform for digital identity management and the RSA Agent ID platform dedicated to discovering and securing artificial intelligence agents. The center also provides its services to the company's clients around the world in six different languages, reflecting the reliance on Egyptian talent in global value chains.
Why does this news matter?

- Developing talent: Providing specialized job opportunities for Egyptian youth, with a focus on leadership and technical training programs in artificial intelligence applications.
