The Turkish company ROKETSAN, a leader in the defense industry, has announced the start of receiving applications for the "ChainUp" program to develop supply chain and logistics skills. The program aims to prepare a new generation of professionals capable of strengthening the company's global logistics networks and managing complex supply chains that include numerous suppliers and subcontractors.
The program events will take place over two days, on December 18 and 19, at the company's facilities in Ankara. The program will adopt an advanced educational methodology that includes gamified simulations, professional mentoring sessions with experts, and panel discussions where senior industry officials will share their practical experiences.
Crisis Simulation and Logistics Constraints
The program focuses primarily on the strategic and technical aspects of supply chain management under unstable conditions. Participants will train through live simulation scenarios on how to innovate solutions to face global crises, deal with embargoes, and address any disruptions that may occur in supply chains, providing them with practical experience in managing logistics risks in a sensitive defense environment.
Benefits and Career Opportunities
In addition to receiving certificates of completion, prizes will be awarded to participants who present the best solutions in case studies. More importantly, candidates who demonstrate outstanding performance and high competence will be given priority in job evaluation processes and future career paths within ROKETSAN.
The program targets engineering graduates in the following disciplines: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, and Chemical Engineering, in addition to professionals with no more than 5 years of practical experience. Participation is free, and the company will cover travel and accommodation costs for final candidates coming from outside the city.
Those interested can apply via the dedicated website (chainup.roketsan.com.tr) no later than November 26, 2026. The selection process will include initial assessment tests and interviews to ensure the selection of suitable candidates.
